RABBIT CONTEST AND EXHIBITION “Saung Kelinci”
Indonesian Rabbit Contest and Exhibition "Saung Kelinci"
The rabbit cave/grotto "Saung Kelinci" in cooperation with Indonesian Community for Rabbits Association (Himpunan Masyarakat Perkelincian Indonesia / HIMAKINDO), Community for Rabbits in Lembang and the Bureau of Livestock Research (BALITNAK) in Ciawi, Bogor, will organize a contest and exhibition of Rabbits in the framework of the "Saung Kelinci" 1st year anniversary.
The Rabbit Contest and Exhibition will become one of the media promo to increase and develop businesses related to Rabbits in the Java Island; Aims and Objectives is to support improvement of the small scale income community and employment opportunity within the sector of rabbits husbandry.

- Best 3; Trophy to each of the Rabbit Category, Certificate of Appreciation and, Allowance of Rp.300.000,- (three hundred thousands rupiahs)
- Grand Champion Cup; The only one best Rabbit from the Best will obtain the Champion Trophy Cup and Certificate of Appreciation
- Door Prizes; such as Pet Carrier or, Pet Cage for 20 Participants of the Contest
- For the first 30 registered participants cash at site of "Saung Kelinci" (contact Ary) reserve free transportation by AC Bus with seat of 43, prepared by the Organizer

Receipt of payment:
- Cash, will receive formal receipts with printed logo of Saung Kelinci and given by the organizer to the name mentioned above. First sheet, receipt to obtain prize and/or trophy and to obtain the Rabbit contest number
- Wire transfer, will receive payment confirmation by email address and/or SMS with name as mentioned in the ID/KTP, and receipt number will be given to get the original copy of the receipt at the contest event

Registration time-line:
- Cash, begin on 17 February 2010 - 8 March 2010
- Wire transfer, begin 17 February 2010 - 8 March 2010
- Cash at venue, 13 March 2010
- Starting hours at 06.00 am until, 08.00 am for ANGORA
- Starting hours at 06.15 am until, 08.15 am for REX
- Starting hours at 06.30 am until, 08.30 am for LOP
- Starting hours at 07.00 am until, 09.00 am for NETHERLAND DWARF
- Participants obligatory to show payment receipt for re-registration prior to the event at 08.00 hours on Saturday, March 13, 2010 at site for re-registration.
- The Rabbit will get a contest number according to number of payment receipt, further shall be organize according to category and queue number of the re-registration
- Health check of the contest Rabbit will be fully authorized by the Expert Team of BALITNAK, after successfully health check, then first come will follow contest earlier according to category.
- Juries will be fully by the Expert Team of BALITNAK. Decision by the Board of Jury is final.
- Registration is valid after payment was received by the Organizer to the named mentioned above.
- None delay of payment, time limit as mentioned above.
- Registration Fee is not refundable
- Late arrival of Contest Participants will be considered to withdrawal from the contest and will not participate in the Rabbit contest.
- Participants of which the number is announce as the winner, however, not able to show original receipt and/or the formal ID Card at time of announcement will be withdraw, it shall be further replace by the next winner.
- The Organizer committee have the right to publication of the whole event of the Rabbits contest and exhibition including Participants and rabbit winner of the contest.
General Precautions and Advise:
- The Organizer is not responsible for accident any losses, thievery to the Participants goods as well as public visitors and guests.
- Participants, Guests and Visitors shall not disobey the public order. Disobey of public order will be further given to the obligation of the authority.
- Vehicles leaving the event area must show Vehicle Registration (STNK) and Parking Card
- Kindly participate in preserving clean environment, throw wastes in the trash places.
- Fairly long day of event, Participants in order to keep fit kindly take care of the health condition.
- Participants, Guests and Visitors may bring own foods and beverages adequately.
- Prohibit to do any business transactions without permission of BALITNAK and HIMAKINDO during the contest.
Rental costs Rp. 500,000,- per stand / full day.
Only 20 Exhibition Stands are available.
Registration for the Exhibition Stand will be closed on Monday, 1 March 2010
